2. Purpose of the Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions made on our website https://discipleswear.com between Disciples (the seller) and customers (individuals) or users of the online store.

3. General Usage Conditions

  1. The online store can only be used by individuals over 18 years old.

  2. Individuals under 18 may purchase only with the consent of their parents or legal guardian.

  3. Products are intended for personal use, not commercial purposes.

  4. By creating an account, the customer consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

  5. The online store is only a product catalog and does not constitute a binding offer; the order confirmation constitutes the sales contract.

  6. The official language of the contract is Romanian.

  2. Data is collected with the customer's consent and used for: processing orders, delivery, and communications regarding products or offers (with explicit consent).

5. Placing Orders

  1. Products are selected on the site by choosing size, color, and quantity.

  2. Adding products to the cart does not constitute a firm order.

  3. To place an order, registration is required and agreement with the Terms and Conditions must be confirmed.

  4. The order becomes firm after confirmation and after the 15-minute cancellation period expires.

  5. Customers can modify or cancel the order according to the cancellation policy available on the website.

6. Delivery

  1. Delivery is only available within Romania and to the address provided by the customer.

  2. Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days.

  3. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days.

  4. Customers must provide complete delivery information, including postal code.

7. Payment Methods

  1. Payment can be made in cash upon delivery or online via card (PayU, Visa/MasterCard).

  2. Payments are never requested to be made to unofficial bank accounts; any such requests should be ignored and reported to officialdiscipleswear@gmail.com.

9. Right of Withdrawal

  1. Customers may return products within 14 calendar days of receipt without providing a reason.

  2. Products must be returned in their original condition: unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging.

  3. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  4. Refunds are made to the account specified by the customer within 3–10 business days after return confirmation.

  5. Hygiene products (underwear, swimwear, socks) can only be returned if defective.

10. Warranty of Conformity

  1. New products benefit from a 2-year warranty according to Romanian law.

  2. Complaints for defects must be made within 2 business days of delivery or during the warranty period.

  3. If a defect is confirmed, Disciples will refund the product price and, if applicable, delivery charges.

11. Liability

  1. Disciples is not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, or cyberattacks, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

  2. Customers are responsible for the confidentiality of their account information.

  3. Maximum liability for any order is limited to the order value.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content is protected by copyright. Copying, distributing, or using the content for purposes other than ordering products or viewing them is prohibited without written consent from Disciples.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Alba Iulia, Romania, while respecting consumer rights.

14. Modifications of Terms

Disciples reserves the right to unilaterally modify the Terms to adapt to legal or technical changes, notifying customers on the website or via email.
