Refund policy

We want your shopping experience to be a pleasant one. If, for any reason, you wish to return the purchased products, please take note of the following:

1. Return period
You have the right to return the purchased products within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the package, without the need to justify your decision.

2. Return conditions

• The products must be in the same condition as they were delivered: unworn, unused, with the tags intact and the original packaging undamaged.

• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or missing accessories/tags cannot be accepted for return.

3. Shipping costs
The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

4. Refund

• After receiving and verifying the package, we will refund the value of the products to the bank account you provide.

• Refund processing is carried out within 3–10 business days from the confirmation of the return.

5. Return exceptions
For hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g., underwear, swimwear, socks) can only be returned if they have manufacturing defects.
